Lakeshore-Illinois Center offers a gymnasium that is complete with breakaway rims, glass backboards, custom floor, and an open glass view. This Chicago health club also offers group training and clinics, open play basketball, and leagues.

Climbing Wall
This Illinois Center health club offers the largest climbing wall in Chicago. At 100 feet, you'll receive a challenging experience regardless of your climbing level. This location also offers climbing classes for children and adults, as well as party packages, private group climbs, and a corporate climb teambuilding program.

Lakeshore employs some of the best personal trainers in Chicago. In fact, most of them hold degrees in excercise science, and are certified by accredited agencies such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). They provide nutritional counseling along with a customized workout routine that will help you meet your fitness goals.

Pool
The Illinois Center location offers an 11 yard pool, located on the club's roof top level, as well as a 23 yard indoor pool. The club's Aquafit classes are one of the more popular services offered and include 90 minutes of extended cardio and resistance intervals with eights, noodles, and bands. The roof top pool area also features a large sundeck.

LACIC Leagues offer certified officials, scoreboards and clocks, NBA replica uniforms, game statistics newsletters, full team trophies, and a championship party.
