A little intimidated by those big, clunky weight machines? Weight training classes can be a great way to get to know these machines and learn how to effectively use them to increase muscle mass. Weight training classes are often in a group setting (one-on-one weight training may also be available) with a certified training professional. Depending on how advanced the class is, weight training classes usually begin by introducing each of the club's machines and which muscle groups they work. Next, the instructor will help you design a weight training routine to meet your goals and current fitness level.
