
Tai-Bo
Tai-Bo is a form of exercise created by fitness trainer Billy Blank, involving martial arts, boxing and dance. Tai Bo workout sessions are usually accompanied by very upbeat music, alternating between techniques. Workouts involve elements of muscular strength, as well as cardio respiratory and muscle endurance.
Due to it's popularity, many of our health clubs have started offering tai-bo classes on a regular basis.
