Spinning Classes

Many of our health clubs offer spinning, a form of cardio respiratory exercise using stationary bikes. Typically conducted with an instructor in a class-like setting, participants ride through a series of simulated terrain conditions. At the start of the class, the instructor will test you and record your current fitness level. This will allow the instructor to tailor a personal spinning routine for you and give you goals to reach for each session. While each participant will bike according to his or her personal fitness level, the group setting often helps to encourage and motivate you.
