Many workout routines are painful or boring. That's why many of our health clubs have added classes that combine fun with fitness. Our boxing classes are a great example of this; they even work as a great anger management tool! Boxing classes are usually conducted one on one with a certified instructor, but you won't have to worry about getting jabbed by a pro. The instructor wears special sparring pads, so you'll do all the punching, receiving tips along the way. Anybody is welcome in these classes, and it's a terrific cardiovascular workout.
